Once a 1900s factory, our airy 230 m² loft has been thoughtfully transformed into a warm, uplifting event space to help teams breathe, focus, present, collaborate – and be heard. Whether it’s a team offsite, seminar, coaching session or retreat – this is a place where every group feels at home.

You might need our meeting space rental for a few hours – or our event space for a few days. One room, or both. Whether you’re brainstorming with pen and paper, submerged in sticky notes or gathered around laptops, we’re here for it.
For workshops, retreats, offsites and team gatherings, pricing starts from €110 per hour, with a minimum booking of 5 hours. We’re happy to create a tailored package depending on group size, set-up, duration, plant-based catering, shared meals and the use of the two kitchens or high-temperature pizza oven.

The studio is a bright and spacious 230 m² loft in Hamburg-Ottensen. Both areas are filled with beautiful natural daylight and feature an open, flexible layout – perfect as an event space in Hamburg, seminar room or offsite meeting space.
When you book, your booking includes full use of the space you reserve, plus access to the kitchen, lounge area and Wi-Fi. Tea, coffee and bottled sparkling water are included throughout the day. The space is designed to feel relaxed yet professional – so your team can focus entirely on the work at hand.

The space is used for workshops of all kinds – from midwife courses and antenatal classes to hands-on group training, full-day seminars and creative strategy days. Our workshop space works equally well for brainstorming, teambuilding, professional development and beyond – not just for creative teams, but for anyone looking for an inspiring place to work.
Up to 35 participants can attend when both loft rooms are combined. The single loft room holds up to 15 people.

Yes, you can arrange a dinner after your workshop – we’re happy to help with that. Our Hamburg event space includes two kitchens, a dining area and a high-temperature pizza oven for a relaxed shared meal.
Yes, our loft is regularly used for retreats – including yoga retreats, wellbeing days and multi-day team retreats. The calm, light-filled atmosphere, open spaces and two fully equipped kitchens provide the right setting – whether for movement, mindfulness or focused group work. Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll set the space up accordingly.
The studio is generally calm, but it is located in a working creative building and is not fully soundproof. For very quiet formats such as meditation, sound healing or audio recording, it is best to discuss timing and set-up in advance.
Yes, you can bring your own materials and equipment – everything you need for your session. If you require additional tables, chairs or a specific setup, just let us know in advance.
Yes, we allow outside catering and deliveries. We have two kitchens and a dining area on-site for prep and serving, along with a high-temperature pizza oven – plus plenty of beautiful plates, bowls, cutlery and glasses for every occasion. Plant-based and vegetarian catering options, shared lunches, breakfasts or informal dinners can also be arranged. Please note: the studio is plant-based/vegetarian.
There is no dedicated parking at DWCimage, but parking is available nearby at the VIVO Parkhaus, just a few minutes’ walk. You’ll receive detailed arrival and parking information in your booking confirmation. For those needing to unload equipment, there is space directly outside the studio door for drop-off and collection.
The studio is on the first floor and there is no lift. Access is via wide industrial stairs, which work well for most workshops, catering and production setups, but should be mentioned clearly in advance.
Our cancellation terms are fair and transparent: cancel more than 7 days before your booking and cancellation is free. Cancel within 7 days and a 50% fee applies. Cancel within 48 hours and the full amount is charged.
